In reference to the Notice dated the 8th.

October, 1910, from the Licensing Board informing you that the Licence of your public house would not, in any event, be renewed after the 30th. day of November, 1915, I am directed to inform

you that on re-consideration the Board is of opinion that there

may be sufficient grounds for exempting your hotel and public house from the terms of the notice, which grounds do not exist in

the case of other licensees who were also notified.

In conveying this notification for your in-

-formation I am, however, to repeat that it does not affect the

right of the Licensing Board to terminate the licence at any time

upon such grounds as it may deem sufficient.
